This theatre is the perfect destination for the indie folk of Minneapolis, being at the heart of Uptown. While the seats aren't particularly comfortable, the independent and foreign films are a great get away from standard theatres. The service is good, the popcorn is average and the number of bathroom stalls makes for the occasional line. However, this place is huge, so you never have to worry about your movie selling out. The absolute best part are Saturday midnight movies, which are typically cult classics. This is easily my favorite theatre in Minneapolis.
